In emergency situations we find traditional EMS paramedics geting into trouble. A traditional paramedic come with his ambulance and help in a professional manner; this is what he is trained for. What if it is no ambulance, but gun fire and a hisoile area. Then the traditional EMS paramedic is trained to step down. Here we need somebody that is trained for tactical situations and emergency.
